Private Pilates, Duets, and Quartets
We are currently offering Private Pilates, Duets, and Quartets. Private sessions and duet sessions are arranged by appointment. We are also scheduling all of our appointments on our end. In order to avoid overlapping schedules, we have temporarily disabled the online booking through our MindBody Online (MBO) account. Please Email or call for scheduling.
Quartets are small group training classes of 4 people to one teacher. People can enroll in classes online through MBO or the MindBody mobile app. People new to Pilates should complete our complimentary Pilates Orientation, a private Pilates session, before enrolling in to a quartet. New students are also encouraged to complete 3 private sessions before starting quartets in order to assimilate into the class setting successfully.

Who is Bird Dog Pilates & Fitness?
Bird Dog Pilates & Fitness is a full Pilates studio in the Roosevelt Row district of downtown Phoenix. We offer private, semi-private, small group, and studio classes in the Pilates Method. The studio has 4 reformers, 1 trapeze table (Cadillac), 2 Wunda Chairs, 1 High Barrel, and a Ped-O-Pul. Classes include mat, spine corrector, Pilates props (Magic Circle, Fletcher Towelwork), barre, and TRX suspension training.
Inspired Pilates for Everyone
At Bird Dog Pilates, we believe the Pilates Method is for everyone. It is for all ages and all abilities. Pilates can be a stand-alone exercise program and it can also be a program to complement those training for athletic or competitive events. The addition of Pilates to your fitness program, resistance training and/or cardio training, can strengthen your routine.
Are you new to Pilates?
If you have never done Pilates or have only done mat Pilates, we offer a complimentary Pilates Orientation. This is a private, one-on-one session designed to teach you about the Pilates Method and the delivery of the exercises. You will be oriented to the equipment, breathing technique, and Pilates exercises. It will also allow us to get to know you and your specific needs.
